Elysian at Bluewater
Elysian. Your rainforest hideaway with beaches attached.
Age-old melaleuca trees shade your journey down quiet streets towards home. Birdcalls, rustling leaves and the salty air indicate that you’ve arrived. Elysian is your rainforest retreat with Half Moon Bay a minute away and Trinity Beach an 8-minute drive from home. It will be hard to find a more magnificent canvas for your dream home.
On the edge of world heritage sites.
Not many neighbourhoods boast walking trails, much less ones with views. You have two. Located on Earl Hill, you can choose the Half Moon Bay Lookout Track, a gentle 1.2 km walk, or the Earl Hill Summit Track, a steep 2km return climb. From the summit, you have views southeast, with the peaks of the Yarrabah peninsula stretching across the horizon. These waters and the adjacent rainforests make up the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area and the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area. When people speak about good location, this is what they mean.
Every site is highly unique.
Unlike a typical masterplanned community, you’ll find that every lot differs greatly from the next. Many are designed to give you amazing views of the surrounding landscape. A large number also come with untouched rainforest within the lot. When you live in Elysian, you are the custodian of your own personal wilderness. Choose to be closer to the beach or tucked away in a more secluded enclave – both are equally alluring positions.
Build your dream.
The sites at Elysian are larger lots of land with a range of elevated, sloping and level sites. With such unique, expansive lots, the only limit is your imagination. Build a home fit for architectural magazines or create the ultimate treehouse for adults, it’s up to you.
